College Prep Camp Objectives
Our College Prep camp is deigned to prepare each player for the next level with a primatey focus on increasing the player's technique at speed and under pressure through various team training sessions and games. Campers will improve tactically through the use many small-sidedgames and 11 v 11 matches. Also, at our Women's College Prep Camp, you will be exposed to the physical demands of college soccer by having speed, agility, and strength sessions with HPU's very own strength and conditioning coach. Each camper will also receive information on Sports Psychology and Nutrition.
Goalkeepers who attend our College Prep Camp will be specifically trained in all areas required for successful, high level goalkeeping.

Typical College Prep Day
7:30 a.m. Wake Up
7:45 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Breakfast
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Technical/Tactical Training
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Lunch
12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. Various Lectures (Sport Psychology, Nutrition, etc.)
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Small Sided Games
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Dinner
6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. 11 v 11 Matches
10:30 p.m. Lights Out
All residential campers and staff will stay at the Best Western hotel.. HPU's college soccer players and the camp coaching staff will be chaperoning each camper while attending our camp. Transportation to and from the hotel and the High Point University soccer fields will be provided by HPU and the College Prep Camp.
The opening registration will be held at the Best Western Hotel from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 26.
The closing ceremony will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29 at HPU's Vert Soccer Stadium.
